This week I read a book from home called Best Friends by Jauquline Wilson. I really enjoyed reading this book because it was intresting the book was about two girls and they were bestfriends and one of then was going to move to another country but the other girl was very angry because they were best friends. The girl did not want to move so they decide to run away and descise them selves but they are soon found. I realy liked this book and i think Jauquline wilison was a great book author...
The David Beckam Acadamy
Its a good book about a young footballer luke Chapman who finds himself up against a really good footballer who comes over from france and is the captain of the french team who beat England but then an American team comes over and the English and French have to work toghether but Luke and the French guy can not come to any agreement and this sees them 4-0 down at half time. Soccer Squad by Bali Rai
This book is about a group of boys who want to get picked for there local football team. They all go to the same school they all argue about whoes football team is the best. eg. Man U is better than Liverpool or Arsenal is better than Chelsea They are really big footie fans and they all want to get picked for the football team and don't want to be the only one who doesn't get picked. In the trials it was a nervracking time however in the end they all go to the place where the team is getting picked They all get really nervous and when they leave the building they have all got big smiles on there faces because they all got picked.

Animasl Farm By George Orwell
This book starts of in an ordinary English farm which is owned by a very selfish Mr Jones. One night the animals get together when Mr Jones is drunk.Major the oldest on the farm says that he hasn't much longer to live and says to the other animals about rebilion. He soon passes away. Following this the rest of the animals take over the farm and kick Mr Jones out. At the start it's said that the rules on the animals farm are eguality amongst animals and that all humans are evil. After time the pigs take charge and make the animals do what they tell them. Next the pigs gradually change all the rules and start to get involved with other humans. They strt to build a windmill and make all the other animals do it. The pigs start to get so involved with the humans that they start eating and drinking together. The other animals are unhappy about this and go to investigate.They then discover that they no longer can tell the difference between the two.

Its about a girl whos name is Indigo and her mums favourite colour is blue. Indigo's mum and her boyfriend Max splits up and Indigo, her mum Anna and her sister Misti all move house to 33 Harrington Drive and its a small, empty damp smelling house. Indigo hates it. Anna and Max go out for dinner to sort things out and Anna told him that she doesnt want to come back with him so Max beats her up and shes in hospital. While that happens Indigo and Misti are in the house theirselves and the power card runs out so there is no heating no light and no tv. Indigo cant find the power card but suddenly someone bardges at the door shouting "Indigo! Indigo! open up its important news!" shre opens the door with Misti cuddling her and the eleven year old Indigo and the three year old Misti find out that their mum is in hospital liying in bed. The police take them to hospital and they find their mum beaten up with a burst lip, a broken arm, a fractured knee, a burst nose, a split head and a swollen face.
This book is very exciting!
This book was called Juby's Rook. It was about the war and Juby is a boy in it and he move to a foreign Country because the war started on. He went back to England to see his old freinds again. I thought it was good and took me two days to read it with round about 24 chapters..........

The second story is called "the pencil"Marlowe gets a pencil in the mail.That5 means he is going to get shot by a rival gangster. The 3 and foremost book "Trouble is my buisness". Marlowe is sent out by Anna Hasley. To dig up some info on Marty Estel he then finds out that he is the boss of a mob syndicate.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes graphic novels and crime. I would rate it 10 out of 10

The book i read was called HALO GHOSTS OF OMYX it was about a spartan called MASTER CHIEF 117 but in the story the spartans tried to defeat all the enemy eliets it was a really good book i would recommend it 10out of 10 because i am really into halo books and the game in the story they dont achually destroy them all but it was a great book and i would read all the other books im excited to change book to find other halo books at the start of the books there was a boy called adam and his friends then it went on to the story about all the spartans that tried to defeat the elites the author is called ERIC NYLUND he is a very good author and he is very talented at making halo books i thought the book was really good i read the book achually quite quickly i read the book round about 2 weeks ago the book has over 200 pages but it was still a really intresting book in the book master chief almost dies but he doesent he survives the whole book and that was what was good about the book the book has 41 chapters exactly maybe the next few times we go to the library again i will pick this book again when i have read all the other halo books i hope another new halo book comes out.This book was amazing and thats why i would pick it again they are really close to defeating the covenant imn apart of the book all the spartans go to war and they over run all the elites but then all the elites fight back with power and over rule the spartans but the spartans keep fighting back the most intresting chapter was probabrly be chapter 32 because they fight alot in that chapter and it gets really exciting nad you dont know what will happen next and thats why i recommend this book 10out of 10 The sprtan-2 program has gone public. Jakes dad Emory is the King of Horror at making movies.Emory tries to make Jake scared all the time because Jake always tells Emory that he is not afraid of his movies.One time Emory Takes the scsaring to far and Jake tries to get him back!
I thought this book had some scary moments and some funny. I liked this book and I want to read more of the Goosbumps books.
Berserk! by Ally Kennen
this book is about a boy called devil and his little sister who go on a adventure with his friends Connor Lexi and Debs. So they go on an adventure and along the way they meet a man,the man seems nice at first but it turns out he is a MURDERER they dont know that yet so they let him tag along until they find ou they try to escape but he dosent give up that easy.
i really enjoyed it.:)

Monster school
The main characters in this book are Igor mum Sucer and Tommy. Tommy is a young boy who gets sent to what his mum thinks is 5 star bording school which is actually for monsters. Mum is only in the first chapter as she gose on holidy. Igor is the creepy old man at reception and Sucer is Tommy's new best friend.
The book is mostly about tommy training all the monsters to take part in a sports day against other schools but Tommy realy wants to win and it turns out that the WINNERS ARE .............
This week i read breath by Cliff Mcnish. It is about a boy Jack and his mother that move into their new house little do they know its haunted by 7 ghosts they want to take revenge on Jack and his mum. Luckly enough jack is the only one that can see them so he tries to stop them before he destroys his family. on the way he wishes that his dad was alive to help him. He has a phycic connection in the rooms on the things that he touches. He will go to extremes to save his family and himself . Along the way he meets some new friends but little does he know they are the ghosts!!!!. So he goes to war to try and save his mum and family but the ghost only wants to get out since they were traped there for 500 tears the cant walk but in jacks house the can fly scream and cause havock.
i really enjoyed it and i would deffinitly reccomend this book to people who LOVE!!!! ghost stories between the age of 12 and 14

Off the Rail is about two boys and they go on a train to and from school. One day when they are going to school they see two men throwing a carpet into the dyke and paul thinks there is a dead body in it, the train goes past the carpet. When the boys come home they see that the body isn't there, after school they go to investigate and the two men come back they take the boys to their base and they set it on fire with the boys in it. the boys find a kinfe on the ground and they escape and the fire men and the police men are outside trying to get in to help them, then they take the two men to jail and then the boys go home.

I think ive bloged this book before i cant remember and i cant find the last one so i dont think i have.
Any way back to the story theres a boy called zack and he gose to the museum on a school trip hes having lots pf fun hanging around with his friends until he moves away from the group and walks into a strange room and meets a strange woman sitting in the middle of the room. he walkes up and says are you alright no respond, he trys again ARE YOU ALRIGHT then thers a mysterious cat that scratches him and a few days later hes......... TURNING INTO A CAT!!
His great grandpa died and came back as a cat and they think he can help but he cant so they give up and he stays a cat forever the end.
JUST KIDDING then he meets the woman that was standing in the middle of the room at the museum and shes really angry with him but why..... i cant tell you or it will ruin the story byeeeeeee

This is a terrific and gripping novel. The story as the title says is about James Bond as a child.
The story starts when James starts a new school called Eton, in London. When James begins school, he meets his first enemy, George Hellebore. James meets George's dad and they end up in an argument that turns out badly for James. He punched Hellebore and this takes him on a rollercoaster ride. At the holidays James travelled to Scotland to see his Uncle Max. On the way up he meets a boy named Red Kelly and James discovers that Red's brother, Alfie Kelly has died. He died just outside of where James is going. When he gets there he finds out that the Hellebores live just outside the village in a big castle. The people of the village keep out of there way, including the police. James suspects something is up as Alfie had died here. Together they went to the castle to try and find out if the Hellebore's were up to something and to find out any information about Alfie. When they reached the castle they had to climb a tree and Red fell and could not walk. So James was alone. He discovers a horrible truth and on the way there are a few twists and turns. I would give this book 8/10.

A Simples Life
This is probably the best but definetely the funniest book I have ever read. It is about the meerkats who created what is now comparethemeerkat.com. The story starts with his ancestors and how they survived the brutal conditions of the Kalahari Desert to freezing arctic conditions while fighting the mongooses. The meerkats powered through and won the battle and Aleksandr's Great Grandaddy was the leader. For his couragousness he was given a mansion. The mansion was not in meerkat hands for long though as it was lost through gambling. This crushed Aleksandr's family. They could not shoot for there dreams. This is where the story really kicks off. The Orlov's started up a business comparing meerkats but it didn't go down to well and they had to settle with comparing mongooses (big loss in meerkat terms). The company later on got back on its feet and they were doing great. They were doing so well they decided to put it on the interenet. They became confused when they started to recieve comments about car insurance. They had to sort it out and there was only one way to tell humans to stop this, advertise! This was a great book and I would give it 10/10!
This week I picked a Gwyneth Rees novel from the library it was is called Cosmo and the secret spell. It is about a cat called Cosmo he is a witch cat he also has lots of brothers and sisters. The kittens get turned into frogs by the Frog-witch but oh no before she has time to turn the kittens back they get kidnapped by a stranger with interesting plans. I would rate this book a 5 out of 10 and would recomend it for a younger age group.

This book is about a girl called Isabell and her 2 friends Rosie and Lola and they go to a drama school because they want to be actresses but Isabell is very shy and dosent like stand up for herself but when she meets the boy she has fancied for 469 days and he says yes after just being out of a relashonship so that was her suprise valentine so her and her friends all get the boy of their dreams and then ...... AHA im not going to tell you anymore because i dont want to spoil it you'll just have to read it for yourself .
i would say this book is for 10-16 year olds

This week i read Huntings its about a girl called Rebecca Jane Chantry and its her 1st birthday after her mums death,she gets a embroidery present that has her name on it she wants to find out more about it and she find out that she dies at the age of 11 and thats all im going to say because if i say any more ill proberly tell the whole story i will rate it 5 out of 5 (*****)
My book was about a boy that saves a girl called lucy and he killes a gang and he has powers beacuse someone droped an iphone on to his head.but at the end the lucy gives him a kiss and then they leaed back and looked up at the sky.

The book i have read is called vicious circle it is about a girl and her mum who are homeless and they switch araoun everywhere and then they find themselves in a lodge and they like it there exept the landlord tries to kick them out but then the mother is very ill so louisa may has to find someone who will help her ..... BUT im not going to tell you the rest you will just have to find out for yourselves and i would advertise this for 8-16 and for people who like sad books.

It is about a horse's life and it tells you all about its homes (some good and some bad) the book is really good and it is also a film but the book is better.
